Solidarity Commitment

Fundosa Group, the Corporate Division set up in 1989 by ONCE Foundation is aimed to generate stable employment for disabled persons. This prompted the Group to engage in profit-earning businesses and strategic alliances with other companies to hire disabled people.

Present and future

Fundosa Group is growing steadily, like the companies that make it up.  Growth that can be attached to both the social values issuing from the access of disabled individuals to the labour market and the financial values achieved by their constant innovation and improvement philosophy.

Solidarity and experience

The percentage of jobs held by disabled individuals reaches over 65%.  This is how Fundosa Group shows that business effectiveness is compatible with social commitment.

Effort, striving for excellence, quality

Fundosa Group has managed to advantage the Euros 170 million capital stock to consolidate its diversifying process that encompasses a rather wide range of products and services broken down in five sectors: technological services and products; industrial; services; barriers-free accessibility and socio – health care areas. This umbrella setup covers a large number of affiliated companies that operate over 170 work centres, most of them known as Special Employment Centres.

Fundosa Group turnover amounts to Euros 273 million and of its 14.280 payroll over 64% are disabled people.

Fundosa is also active in international actions as member of WORKABILITY EUROPE’s Management Board.  This is the European group of WORKABILITY INTERNATIONAL, the worldwide body that represents Special Employment Centres.

WORKABILITY EUROPE is intended to materialise the equal employment opportunities principle for people with disabilities.  The current 35 members are active in 20 countries and provide jobs and / or labour services to over 1.250.000 disabled individuals.
